food center service areas
The WSEM Food Centers are among 35 food pantries of the Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland. Each pantry distributes a three-day supply of emergency food each month to individuals in need and serves a specific neighborhood area designated by the Hunger Network.
Outreach, support services and resource referrals are available to all at Brookside and Community Corner regardless of where they live.
The following boundaries for food service only are determined by the Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland:
- Brookside — West 1st to West 72nd Streets south of Storer Ave., Old Brooklyn, the City of Brooklyn and the City of Parma every other month. The Brookside Cluster Community Meal Program is open to all.
- Community Corner — Lake Erie to Bellaire and from West 54th Street to West 117th Street.
- Near West — West 54th to West 25th and from Lake Erie to I-90. The Near West Hot Meal Program is open to all.
