resale shops
Our WSEM Food Center locations at Brookside and Community Corner each feature a small resale shop in which individuals and families in need can find affordable, low-cost and free clothing and small household items.
The resale shop at Community Corner is open Monday through Friday and Brookside's shop is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. The shops offer access to affordable clothing and small household items. Free clothing vouchers are available for those who qualify. Both shops have special dollar days, including $4 bags every Friday at Community Corner and a $3 bag sale the last week of the month at Brookside.
For community members who would like to donate, we welcome donations of new and/or gently used items:
- Clothing
- Household items, such as sheets, blankets, dishes, pans, collectibles, etc.
- Small appliances
- Toys
- Books
- Cash
If you are interested in donating items to the Resale Shop, please contact the WSEM Food Center site at Brookside at 216.749.4295 or Community Corner at 216.631.6508.
Please note that because of space and storage restrictions, we may not be able to accept all donations.
