in-kind contributions
Gifts-In-Kind are non-financial donations to WSEM that help the agency help children, youth, adults and families. Many of those we serve come to us with very limited resources and are in desperate need of food, clothing, and other basic needs items.
Gifts-In-Kind help WSEM provide:
- Food
- Blankets
- Personal hygiene items
- Clothing, including career clothes
- Books and toys
- Education and training materials and opportunities
- Replace some budgeted expenses, freeing up more funds to enhance services on our sites and in the community.
To make a gift-in-kind contribution
- Check our WISH LIST here to see if the item appears. Because of storage issues and the inability to service some types of equipment, WSEM may graciously decline your offer if there is not an immediate need for the item.
- Call the WSEM Development Department at (216) 651-2037, ext 357 to confirm that the item or service that you are donating is needed and to make arrangements for delivery at one of our several locations.
- Complete the GIFT-IN-KIND FORM here to help us track and acknowledge your gift.
- Your donation will be tax deductible to the full extent of the law and you will receive a letter from the Development Department acknowledging your gift within two weeks of your gift.
